- EXPRESS SHIPPING, only for deliveries in the peninsula, delivery time between 24 to 72 business hours, without purchase limit, the shipping price is €6.99

The recipient's ID will be required for customs declaration. Shipping costs are €10 for orders of any amount. * Shipments to these areas go through customs, and this process and procedure may delay the delivery of the shipment, this delay not being the responsibility of K-guapa since Correos and this customs process are beyond our control. |
Troubleshooting Shipping Issues
The customer must notify K-guapa's Customer Service, either via email at info@k-guapa.com or by calling our WhatsApp number, as soon as possible, of any delay or lack of delivery. K-guapa will proceed as soon as possible to resolve the existing contingency.
